How it works

  1. A customer calls your business number as usual.
  2. It rings your phone for 15 seconds. If you pick up, nothing else happens.
  3. If nobody answers, the caller gets a text from your business asking how you can help.
  4. The conversation continues by text until you're ready to take over.
  5. Once a month you get a summary: calls caught, jobs booked, revenue recovered.

What it costs

$200 per month, plus a one-time setup fee. No contract. Setup takes about 10 minutes and you keep your existing phone number.

Never Missed Job sends SMS messages on behalf of the businesses that use it. Businesses using Never Missed Job display the following notice wherever their phone number is published — on their website, invoices, signage, and printed material:
